1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website crazyhost.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

CrazyHost Marketing offers digital marketing services, including social media management, targeted ad campaigns, SEO consulting, brand promotion, and analytics reporting. Services and deliverables will be outlined in separate proposals and agreements.

3. Payment & Refunds

• 70% advance payment is required before project commencement.
• Final payment is due upon completion or as per agreed milestones.
• No refunds once work has commenced, at the sole discretion of CrazyHost Marketing.
• Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide all necessary assets (logos, brand guidelines, content) and grant timely access to social accounts, websites, or ad accounts. Delays in providing assets may affect project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, designs, copy, and campaign materials produced by CrazyHost Marketing remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership is transferred to the client. We retain the right to showcase case studies featuring our work.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary, financial, and strategic information exchanged during the engagement. This clause survives termination of the agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

CrazyHost Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability, whether in contract or tort, will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. In the event of early termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Any unused prepaid fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, at the discretion of CrazyHost Marketing.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana. Both parties consent to this jurisdiction.

10. Amendments

CrazyHost Marketing reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted here, and the “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of those changes.
